I just made this! delicious! Thank you for the recipe! 😛
Is the broccoli pre cooked, 45 sec it is very hard still?
Wow! Such large pieces of carrot! Never had broccoli and chicken this way.
Yummy ! This looks so delicious ! I need to try this ! I've got all the ingredients except the Chinese wine. I wonder if I could replace it with another kind of wine. White wine, maybe ? Knowing that I'm in France. 😉 Anyway, you've got another new subscriber with me ! 🙂
Oh my this looks good and I would add the mid to noodles!!! Yummy!!!😊👍🤤
So simple and easy instructions. Thank you so much.
Wow, easy, price is right and oh so delish!
If I want my broccoli to be softer, do I add it together with the carrots or after the chicken but for a longer time? Don't want the chicken to be too tough too…
Looks 😋😋 and healthy. Thank you

What is light sauce? I have checked with several recipes for making Asian chicken and broccoli and every one is different and having you buy a whole cabinet of weird Chinese stuff that will be a long time before I use it again! The only thing that have in common is soy sauce and oyster sauce, and of course the chicken and broccoli,m but everything else is different! I am beginning to hate this!
If one made this every day, or ,often, it would be worth buying this stuff, but other than that, it's not worth the trouble or expense to have this sitting around in the fridge till hell freezes over!!
Other ingredients! Does that mean for the sauce?
Can I use all purpose flour instead?
Does 1 cup equal to 175ml in your recipe? Thanks!
Wish l could grab your hand and taste it with you. Looks too mouth watering. Thanks so much
炒菜得有猛火锅才香
Dis the best n simple i have seen
why white pepper, i thought its used just to hide the black granules of black pepper.
Seen alot ur video..u will put soy sauce instead of salt. Soy sauce will taste btr than salt?
Would substituting with chicken breast be as good?
That broccoli is undercooked, not “crunchy”! Lol! Thanks for the video.

Did u blanched the broccoli ?
I just cooked it for dinner, it taste so good. My kids and husband ate almost everything. The Chinese rice wine made the difference. I will make it again.
Thank u for updated
Haha….. Love your animals 💙
Hey Spice 'n' pans.
I only have one question with this kind of dish. What do you do if you prefer more meat in it? A lot of the "Asian" recipies are heavy on vegetables, and I like veggies but I like A lot of meat as well. Do you add more soy (light dark or sweet), rice wine? Oyster sauce?.
Is there a "balance" here for flavour I am missing?
More garlic and ginger in the base?
Additionally,
What is a good way to season noodles? I can boil noodles, but they never come out…… tasty.
I can mix them in with sauce, but I prefer my noodles to have their own flavour, be it sweet, salty or otherwise.
Do you need to fry them for a few seconds in a garlic/ginger blend and THEN work on them?
Thanks as always, you make fantastic, easy to understand recipies, and I love them.
This is so simple and awesome. I'd definitely give it a try. Also with Shrimps maybe. Thanks Chef. ❤️
Never fail to deliver 👍👍👍 Thank you.
can I omit the cooking wine at the end as well? planning on making this for dinner
😋 Yummy
Can I cook a vegetarian version by replacing the meat with tofu? And other than tofu, what do u recommend?
I'm going to love, love, love this meal. Thank you
Yummy!
Is this dish possible with chicken breast?? Thanks in advance
