Made those miso eggs. They’re bomb. Ate them every day for a week.
Marion, I love your cooking videos and follow your channel religiously but I just started noticing dark specs in the egg dishes that kind of look like egg shells. The miso scrambled eggs had like 5 dark pieces at 10:46. Are those egg shells and is that normal???

I like the corn fritters, I'd make sure it's organic non GMO corn, they look lovely…but….Those scrambled eggs look disgusting to me, personal taste, I have to have them fully cooked and dry, no snot on my eggs Thankyou 😃 I'll add fresh herbs from my garden and salted butter, not that runny snotty mess (my opinion of course, I'm sure many will love them like Marion makes them…

Shiru Miso butter is in my house. It is a staple 4 me here in Tokyo. If you can get it with koji(dried fermented rice incl. awesome).
