    Oh man that first recipe looked so amazing, but I've never seen half the ingredients in any grocery stores near me, so I'd have to make so many substitutions I doubt it would taste anywhere near as good… ; – ; Being a vegetarian in the boonies ain't easy /sigh

    Can you handle a little gluten once in a while? I thought you where intolerant to it. I’ve some problems with gluten but mostly when I’m stressed I get stomach issues from gluten… I will try the udon dish for sure, my lokal Asian market has frozen udons ✌🏻
