Chana Dal – 1/4 CUP
Moong Dal – 1/4 CUP
Urad Dal – 1/4 CUP
Toor Dal – 1/4 CUP
Corn Kernels – 1/4 CUP
Environmentally friendly Gram Dal – 1/4 CUP
Black Gram Dal – 1/4 CUP
Ragi – 1/4 CUP
Foxtail Millet – 1/4 CUP
Crimson / Brown Rice – 1 1/2 CUP
Inexperienced Chillies – 3 NOS
Ginger – 1 Piece
Salt – 1/2 TSP
For Spicy Onion Chutney
Oil – 2 TSP
Onion – 2 CUP
Garlic – 7 Cloves
Red Chillies – 10 Nos
Tamarind – 4 Pieces
Coriander Leaves – 1/4 Bunch (Chopped)
Rock Salt – 1 TSP
Oil – 1 TSP
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 TSP
Urad Dal – 1/2 TSP
Asafoetida – 1/2 TSP
Curry Leaves
Method
Multigrain Dosa
1. Soak all the ingredients jointly for the batter other than, inexperienced chilies, ginger, coriander leaves.
2. Just after about 6-8 several hours grind the batter together with green chilies, ginger until its sleek
3. Allow the batter ferment for about 8 hours
4. At the time the batter is fermented, make dosas with the batter.
5. Serve the dosas incredibly hot with sambar and chutney
Spicy Onion Chutney
1. Saute onions and garlic till they are golden
2. Include crimson chilies, tamarind and salt alongside with it and saute them
3. Let the elements interesting down and grind it to a coarse paste
4. Mood the chutney with mustard seeds, urad dal, asafoetida and curry leaves
