How To: Masala Idli | Idli Recipes | Breakfast Recipes

DESCRIPTION

Masala Idli Recipe
Elements

Idli – 5 to 6 lower into pieces
Oil
Onion – 2 chopped
Tomato – 3 chopped
Ginger & garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Environmentally friendly chilli – 1 lower up
A couple Curry leaves
A couple Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Sambar powder – 1 to 2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Cinnamon, cloves
H2o

System:
1. Initially step consider a vast non-adhere pan include oil, Idli and shallow fry it on small flames, untill it turns light-weight golden shade.
2. Subsequent action we will make masala, Take a deep pan, insert oil, Cinnamon, cloves, onion, Environmentally friendly chilli & sauté it.
3. The moment onion turns transparent include Ginger & garlic paste, Tomato, salt, Sambar powder, Coriander powder and combine it. Just insert a little h2o to it. Increase the Curry leaves and blend it.
4. Idli parts are now toasted. Transfer the toasted Idli pieces into the masala and carefully blend it. Idli has to soak up the masala.
5. Switch off the stove increase a ghee and mix it. Masala Idli is ready to take in now.
