I made this today it was delicious. I just use onion and added a little stevia because I like curry a little sweet. FYI there are a some calories and fat in the curry but I only used 2 squares for 2 lbs of extra lean ground turkey so it was not too bad. Btw I am also Vietnamese so your recipe are very relatable . Thanks for sharing . Love your channel .
