Hi I like your simple recipes. They are reliable with your easy step by step methods of preparing and cooking them and of course, they always turned out simply delicious! Just cooked a batch of 250gm noodles supposed to be for 2 persons but I couldnt resist eating them all by myself!. Thanks for sharing your recipes and for your info, your simple air fried roast chicken has become our family favourite eaten with your chicken rice.
If you are in the U.S., you better order loh mein if you want fried noodles. Chow mein there is celery, carrots and napa cabbage in a starchy sauce, topped with dried noodles. Americans there love it. I noticed some comments elsewhere that nowadays chow mein looks more like loh mein.
i tried it this evening. on my list for quick easy dinner. thank you !

Looks so good! https://youtu.be/1QMgAIsshfI
This was a very quick and easy dish to put together. It was good but I found it lacking something, my tastebuds were looking for something. I followed the sauce exactly but only had one very large green onion and a had some Napa cabbage to use up so used that in place of the bean sprouts. I also didn’t have enough of the egg noodles so added noodles from a couple packages of instant ramen. I had leftovers cold for lunch today and really enjoyed it cold. Don’t get me wrong though, I really like this recipe and think it’s a really good base. I can’t wait to experiment with it further.
Love your easy recipes, thank you for sharing!
