Corn Starch – 2-3 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – to deep fry + 2 tbs[
Cashewnuts – 2 tbsp chopped
Purple Chilli Dry Entire – chopped 3 items
Garlic – 2 tbsp chopped
Schezwan Sauce – 2 ½ tbsp
Onion – 1 sliced
Inexperienced chilli – 2-3 slit
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp(if kashmiri, or else ¼ tsp)
Coriander fresh new – 1 tbsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Capsicum – 1 cup (coloful would be excellent!)
Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
Tomato Ketchup – 2 tbsp(else 1 tbsp ketchup, + 1 tsp sugar)
Pink Foods Coloration – only for same red shade optional
H2o – ½ cup
Corn Starch – 1 tbsp

Measuring Cup & Spoon Set –
Kitchen Pounds Scale –
Quick Yeast – (500gms, continue to keep frozen in airtight container, will keep superior for many years)
Prompt Yeast – (tiny pack)
Pizza Monitor – (3 pack – 6,7,8 inches)
Parchment Paper – substantially much better than butter paper, and it is reusable –
Great NonStick Pan –
Whipping Cream –
Oven For Baking – (28liter is superior enough)
Microwave – (not fantastic)

    What I really like about your cooking is that it's never text book perfect and you add your ingredients as per how it's turning out. Sometimes you even change your spoon right in the middle, and heck, your utensils are also seldom sparkling clean(lol). That feels just so relatable.

    Why is restaurant Chinese very black in color? When I make it doesn't happen like that I add soya sause exact amount yet my manuchrian doesn't look dark black like restaurant????
