1st thing I did after about 30 seconds , was to hit the mute button. I'm sure the recipe is really good the way you made it. For myself I would use more Spam , add some chopped tomatoes , diced bell peppers and a little sprinkling of Cayenne pepper.
Well you screwed that recipe up.
You went off the rails when you cut up ½ of a cabbage. You should have used 2 cups of loosely packed cabbage. All you ended up with was a cooked MESS of ingredients. Anyone who was half a cook would know that that's way too much cabbage for the egg mixture.

Too slow, needs editing. You should take a filmmaking course and learn how to cut. Also non-moving camera, no close-ups or overalls is boring. We really don’t need to watch you cut and stir everything. The music doesn’t support the visuals, distracting and bothersome.
