Chilli Garlic Prawns is one of the ideal Party Starter recipes. It taste’s wonderful and it is easy to make.

(Serves 2)
– 2 tbsp Cornflour
– 2 tbsp All Reason Flour
– 1 tsp Garlic Paste
– 1 tsp Ginger Paste
– 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
– 1/4 tsp Black pepper Powder
– 1 Egg
– 300 gms Prawns
– Oil

Ingredients For Slurry:
– 1 tbsp Cornflour
– 1 tbsp H2o

Ingredients For Sauce:
– 2-3 tbsp Oil
– 2 tbsp Garlic(minced)
– 1/2 tbsp Ginger(minced)
– 2 Spring Onions White(Sliced)
– 3 Eco-friendly Chillies(slit)
– 1 Capsicum
– 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
– 2 tbsp Darkish Soy Sauce
– 1/2 tbsp Chilli Sauce
– 1/4 cup Water
– Salt
– 1/4 tsp Vinegar

1. Consider cornflour in a bowl and incorporate all reason flour, garlic paste, ginger paste, dark soy sauce, black pepper powder to it
2. Now crack an egg to the blend, and whisk it with no leaving any lumps
3. Insert deveined prawns to the bowl, and combine it nicely
4. Now include these prawns to the scorching oil, in a pan, and allow it fry on every single facet
5. The moment fried, consider it out on a plate and continue to keep it apart
6. Choose cornflour in a little bowl insert drinking water to it and blend it
7. Now, choose oil in a pan and include minced garlic, minced ginger to it
8. Mix it until the uncooked smell goes absent
9. Insert sliced spring onions to the pan, together with slit green chillies
10. Now, transform the flame to medium and increase chopped capsicum, black pepper powder, darkish soy sauce, chilli sauce to it and blend it
11. Include drinking water to the pan and combine it, and then, add the slurry, fried prawns to the pan
12. Mix it collectively and coat the prawns with the sauce
13. Increase salt, vinegar to the pan combine it once more and provide it
