"Khao Mok Gai" 18:13 .. Other than the curry and exotic spices .. it's very similar to "Aroz Con Pollo". But jazzier! I can't wait to try this.
6:30 .. Thank you for clearing that up! I've been watching a lot of videos .. and sometimes they refer to corn "flour" instead of "starch". I was thinking something along the lines of the stuff they use for corn bread. Corn "starch" made more sense to me. By the way .. I LOVE your videos. They are visually appealing. You are funny, pretty, and you make amazing food. Thank you for making these videos. Someday I hope to get over to Thailand. It sounds absolutely amazing. Australia too! The "other" Asian country!

Dear Marion- asian longbeans/ snakebeans are the only ones possible to be eaten raw! Every "normal" kind of green bean has to be blanched at least otherwise they are not healthy to be eaten!

Thats not soy sauce. Traditional soy sauce hasnt been made correctly foreverrr. Store bought say sauce isnt fermented and real day soy sauce IS.
