    Most of these dishes aren't Chinese. When they are you get the name wrong – it's La Jiang Mian; not La Jian Miang! Your g-string slipped! They use ingredients almost impossible to find in China and some go in the oven – very few people in China have ovens. Some dishes I've never even heard of or encountered in 25 years in China. You even admit one dish is Thai and not Chinese at all.
