    If you want don't want to taste raw spices don't put the spices on the bland chicken and stir it. When you fry the onions for any dish add the garlic and whatever spices AFTER the onions to cook out the spices for a bit. It will have much more flavour

    These are great but please please!! Never let cream or half and half boil! It will make the sauce separate and become a bit grainy!
