That looks so delicious! I ordered much more food than usually ( I wish I could say because of the pandemic , but I am lazy) And so I ordered some korean dishes and korean food became my absolute favourite of all I tastet until now in my live. So I want to learn to make it by myself. And I’m happy to find your channel. Greetings from Germany with an abo and a big LIKE 👍!

This lady is very good at narrating what she’s doing and makes it easy to follow. When she talked about the adjustments she’s made to the recipes, or when she switched the frying pan, it made the recipes seem more approachable because she showed that mistakes are fine.

Maangchi has a one pot easy japchae recipe that doesn't even require boiling noodles. I make it this way all the time and it literally cooks up in 10 minutes.

While I adore most asian inspired dishes, I have made both japche & rice cakes and I hated them. I have realised that I really dont like the chewy texture that sweet potato noodles & rice cakes have. The rest (veggies, sauce & spices) were fantastic, but I def need to avoid asian recipes that are described as chewy 😀
I am looking forward to trying out the kimchi stew tho, as I love kimchi & tofu. Thanks for the video 🙂 Hope to see more korean vegan recipes.

Dislike for unnecessary use of sweetness. Are you making a meal or dessert? Not everyone prefers sugar in their main course food. Please stop adding sugar to everything.

Is kimchi heathy? I heard that it can cause stomach cancer so I'm really afraid to try it because my bf's father died because of it and the last years were soo painful for him..
