Serves 3 pax

380g of prime ribs
1 teaspoon of salt
A few dashes of white pepper
15g dried scallops (rehydrate by soaking in water for 30 mins)
1 cup of water
8 cloves of peeled garlic
30g of Chinese ham
Enough water to cover the ribs
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of fish sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
A few dashes of white pepper
Some cornstarch solution

Blanched vegetables
——————–
Some salt
Some sesame oil
5 – 6 stalks of Chinese broccolli (Kai-lan)

Chinese Pork Belly w/ Preserved Vegetables 梅菜扣肉 Hakka Mei Cai Kou Rou

Ingredients:
Serves 3 – 4 pax

Marinated pork
——————–
Mix the ingredients here together and marinate the pork in the fridge for at least 30 mins.

300g of pork belly – cut into bite sizes
1 tablespoon of premium dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon of Chinese rice wine

Other ingredients

Fry the ingredients below in sequence with the marinated pork. Add marinated pork once you see steam forming after you have added the Chinese white rice wine in

1 piece of cinnamon bark
2 pieces of star anise
10g of sliced young ginger
8 cloves of garlic
6 pieces of chopped shallots
150g of sweet preserved mustard (vegetables) mei cai 梅菜
1/2 cup of Chinese white rice wine (白米酒)
600ml of water
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
1 tablespoon of premium dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar
Some cornstarch solution

Spicy Potatoes w/ Minced Meat 香辣土豆炒肉碎 Chinese Pork Stir Fry Recipe

Serves 4 pax

4 cloves of chopped garlic
8g of chopped ginger
330g of minced pork (can be replaced with beef or chicken)
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
A few dashes of white pepper
1 tablespoon of spicy fragrant sauce
330g of thinly sliced potatoes
0.5 cup of water
1 teaspoon of premium dark soy sauce
0.5 teaspoon of sugar
A few stalks of spring onion

    Hi Roland, is the multi cooker same as pressure cooker? I have tried many of your recipes and loving it and find that the multi cooker tremendously reduced cooking time and the pork ribs definitely looked succulent, yummy.
