Veg Fried Rice
Prep time: 15 mins

Oil – 2 Tbsp
Garlic – 1 Tbsp Finely Chopped
Spring Onion Whites

Cabbage – 1 Cup
Boiled Sweetcorn – 1/2 Cup

Light-weight Soy Sauce – 2 Tbsp
Vinegar – 1 Tbsp
Sugar – 1/4 Tsp
Spring Onion Greens
1. Prepare dinner the rice until its 3/4th finished and pressure it and preserve it apart

Crimson Chili Sauce – 2 Tbsp
Tomato Ketchup – 1 Tbsp
Vinegar – 1 Tsp
Purple Chili Flakes – 1 Tsp
H2o – 1/2 Cup
Corn Flour – 1 Tsp
Spring Onion Greens
1. Firstly, marinate the tofu items with crimson chili sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper
2. Marinate it for about 10 minutes
3. Once the tofu parts are marinated, pan fry the parts until they are golden brown in coloration and continue to keep them aside
4. Warmth a pan with some oil, saute ginger, garlic, onion, capsicum and spring onions
5. Add the sauces and blend effectively
6. Blend the cornflour in some h2o to make a cornflour slurry and include it to the pan
7. Add the fried tofu items and carry the gravy to a boil
8. Garnish it with chopped spring onion greens and provide it hot
