Ingredient
Eggs:5
Flour:40g

Seasoning
Chopped scallion

Steps:
1. Break 5 eggs into a bowl
2. Add 40g flour,chopped scallion and some fresh water, stir them evenly
3. Add some oil into a frying pan, and wipe evenly
4. Pour the egg liquid into a frying pan and flatten it
5. Fry until golden on both sides
